2018 Japanese Grand Prix
A pole position start and a Sunday afternoon cruise to a dominant victory: Lewis Hamilton's 2018 Japanese grand prix at the wonderful Suzuka Circuit continued his impressive advance to a fifth drivers' world title win. Finn Valtteri Bottas followed Hamilton across the line to complete a Mercedes one-two finish, their fourth of the season.
Max Vertsappen again impressed in the Renault powered Red Bull by claiming the third step on the podium.
