Starting from pole position Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc drove an impressive race controlling the Belgian grand prix around the majestic Spa-Francorchamps circuit.
Max Verstappen disappointed his vast orange army of fans with a first corner shunt in to Kimi Raikkonen and then a crunching and race ending impact with the barriers at the Raidillon corner.
Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas came home in second and third positions respectively.
