2023 Italian Grand Prix

Starting from second position on the grid Max Verstappen finally took the lead from the impressively driven pole position claiming Scuderia Ferrari piloted by Spaniard Carlos Sainz on lap 15 of the Monza circuit.

Driving through the field, post a disappointingly low qualifying performance, Verstappen's Mexican teammate Carlos 'Checo' Perez claimed second place ahead of a resolute Sainz, both joining the reigning world drivers' champion on the winners podium as the Dutchman celebrated a record breaking tenth successive grand prix victory.
