Circuit Gilles Villeneuve
The Circuit Gilles Villeneuve lies on Île Notre-Dame, a man-made island in Montreal and the former home of the 1967 World Fair, and connects all the island's roads.
Originally named the Île Notre-Dame Circuit, the track was renamed in honour of French Canadian Formula One driver Gilles Villeneue following his tragic death in 1982.
